Office Manager
Regina has been the face of the 20/20 Visions team since 1999. Regina strives to ensure all patients are provided with an excellent eye care experience. She is extremely caring and compassionate, and this is apparent to all that meet her. Regina is devoted to making a difference, and she treats everyone like family. Regina truly enjoys all our current patients, and she always looks forward to welcoming our new patients.
Assistant Office Manager
Doreen joined our 20/20 Visions team in 2019 as the Assistant Office Manager. She brings over 20 years of customer service experience with her along with a positive and optimistic attitude. Her kindness will surely welcome you the next time you visit. She lives in Sheboygan Falls with her husband and daughter. She enjoys camping, jet-skiing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Patient Coordinator
Becci joined our team in March 2021 as a Patient Coordinator. She has 6-plus years of customer service experience. Becci lives in Sheboygan with her husband and dog. In her free time she enjoys going camping, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Patient Coordinator
Kelly joined our team as a Patient Coordinator in April of 2022. She strives to make the check-in process as effortless as possible and enjoys seeing the smiling faces of our patients.
During the summer months, she spends time at the Quit Qui Oc Diamonds watching her husband and son play softball. She enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to live music. She is an avid Milwaukee Brewers fan as well. During the winter months, she enjoys bowling at Odyssey Fun Center and has been in their league for almost 20 years.
Optometric Technician
Somer is a graduate of Plymouth High School and attended LTC where she received her technical diploma as an Ophthalmic Medical Assistant. Before attending LTC, Somer worked in customer service and brings with her over 8 years of experience. Somer currently lives in Sheboygan with her husband and her two daughters. In her free time, Somer loves to take hikes and spend quality time with her family.
Optometric Technician
Ashley has been in the service industry for over 10 years and is new to the Optometry industry. She had been interested in the eye care field for a few years. She decided to make the jump from a Cosmetologist to an Optometric Technician. She enjoys working closely with patients and the doctors.
Ashley currently lives in Kiel with her husband and her two daughters. She enjoys riding her horses, kayaking, hiking, and skiing in her free time.

We welcomed Kristina to the 20/20 Visions family in January 2023. Prior to working at 20/20 Visions she was a Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years. She truly enjoys working with and helping people.
She lives in Elkhart Lake with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, they spend a lot of time moving between the soccer fields and dance classes. They also have lots of animals that keep them busy. She is incredibly excited about this new chapter of her life!

Although new to the optical industry, she brings warmth and care to her role, preparing patients to see the doctor and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Beyond work, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband and daughter. Her commitment to patient care and passion for helping others make her an invaluable asset to our practice.

Jenny joined our team in April 2018. She brings over 9 years of experience as an optician and 15+ years of exceptional customer service. She loves fitting patients in modern styles and explaining lens options to fit each patient's needs. Her favorite part of being an optician is when a child receives his or her first pair of glasses and sees what they have been missing. Jenny lives in nearby Sheboygan with her 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys going for walks, spending time with family, and going to the lake.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, photography, art, writing, reading, and keeping up with technology. She lives in Plymouth with her husband and daughter.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, road trips, and volunteering with the youth group at her church. Patti's caring attitude and dedication shine through as she assists patients, ensuring they receive exceptional care. She resides in Plymouth with her husband, where they have raised their family and continue to create cherished memories together.
